Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a dedicated Band 8a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work full-time in Cambridge.
The pay rate for this locum Psychologist job is £32-£33 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.
Main Duties:
- As an autonomous practitioner manage a highly complex case load, including planning and implementing appropriate interventions based on the referral evaluation, assessment, diagnoses, treatment and monitoring of individuals identified needs of adults with a learning disability.
- As a senior clinician, to support the Lead Psychologist in the development and delivery of a high-quality clinical psychology service, including recruitment, supervision, training as required.
- To lead in multi-disciplinary/ multi-agency working within the LDP and with Key partners.
- To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service/team(s).
- To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research.
Requirements of the Psychologist:
- To be eligible for this role you must be an HCPC registered psychologist
- Have a relevant qualification
- Recent experience is essential
