Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Clinical Practice Lead to work within a First Response Service based in Exeter.
The pay rate for this locum Clinical Practice Lead job is £27.22-29.20 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Workforce planning
- Lead on evidence based clinical interventions, making autonomous decisions, striving for excellence
- Promote a recovery model that empowers users of services to be at the forefront of decision making and ownership of their care and treatment
- Champion dignity, equality, diversity, choice and respect
- Prioritise demand and allocate/delegate accordingly
- Work flexibly across a range of sites - regular and frequent travel from base to and between settings
Requirements of the Clinical Practice Lead:
- Degree or equivalent within Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
