Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Clinical Nurse Speicalist to work full-time in Guernsey. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Learning Disablity & Autism and be registered with the NMC.
As postholder of this permanent Clinical Nurse Speicalist role you will receive a salary up to £38,055 - £50,172 per annum.
Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to to ensure that adults with learning disability or autism achieve the best possible health outcomes when accessing primary and acute health care services. The post forms part of the Community Learning Disability Team but will have strong operational and clinical links to other relevant service areas.

- Satisfactory references which must include one from the candidate's current line manager
- Occupational Health Clearance
- Satisfactory, Enhanced, Disclosure and Barring Service Check with Barred Listing Check.
- Convictions likely to be considered relevant to this post include crimes involving, but not limited to, theft violence, dishonesty, fraud, vulnerable individuals and children
- Confirmation of required qualifications / registrations
- Possession of a valid Employment Permit
Requirements of the Practice Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration
- A degree or equivalent within nursing
- UK Nursing experience
