What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality social work services to children with complex physical or learning disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and effective manner.
- Handle cases of Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care, maintaining the highest standards in each unique situation.
- Employ your expertise in managing complexity, fostering strong relationships with health, education, and other professionals to deliver cohesive support.
- Conduct thorough assessments and implement CWD short-break plans, consistently evaluating for their effectiveness and improvement.
- Confidently execute duties concerning the Mental Capacity Act, ensuring that all legalities and ethical standards are met with diligence.
- Work in collaboration with families, ensuring they are supported and informed throughout the process, to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
