What you will do:
- Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments according to each patient’s care plan, ensuring highest professional standards.
- Deliver patient-focused care, adapting to the unique needs of each individual.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and report any adverse drug events through the correct channels.
- Build long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to support treatment and recovery.
- Keep up to date with the latest clinical knowledge and address any competency gaps.
- Ensure compliance with all business policies and procedures.
- Travel within the region with a full UK driving licence to visit and care for patients at home.
