Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a permanent role for a Centre Manager for an Addiction and Rehab centre.

The salary for this Centre Manager role is between £32,000 and £42,000 per annum.

Main duties:

  • Contribute to the design, quality and maintenance of the therapeutic recovery programme and service delivery.
  • Ensuring the application of a wide range of therapeutic interventions and develop and maintain social inclusion & re-integration initiatives, including education and training opportunities.
  • Compile and monitor data to produce timely reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Line-manage and supervise all employees, bank-workers and volunteers within the team to meet agreed objectives.
  • Ensure effective induction of staff and volunteers, with the effective delivery of training and promotion of continuing professional development.
  • Maximise retention and occupancy at a level that meet or exceed targets set by the Company.
  • Maintaining knowledge of good practice and developments in the substance misuse field and with all relevant regulations to develop and improve service delivery.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre including the rota/timetabling system, care management of clients and the facilities management of the building.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of the building and reporting any outstanding issues in a timely fashion.

Requirements of the Centre Manager:

  • Holds a Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Holds experience of developing a range of therapeutic interventions and delivering group work & one-to-one interventions within a substance misuse setting.
  • Has experience of overseeing the operations of a centre..
  • Is proficient in using Microsoft Office, Outlook and other required software programs.
  • Has the ability to manage delegated financial budgets
  • Is able to effectively manage the performance of a team and the professional development of a diverse group of employees and volunteers.
