Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Manager to fill a full-time role within an Adults' Services based in Bromley, within the Complex Care West Team.
The pay rate for this locum Care Manager job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Supporting Younger Adults with physical disabilities and sensory impairment and Older People to live as independently as they are able and work with their carers to ensure risks are appropriately managed.
- Working within a multidisciplinary framework.
- Working with Partner agencies
- To work as a duty worker on a rota bases.
- To undertake Safeguarding work and Best Interest assessments and maybe required to provide supervision/support to less experienced staff.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Must be flexible, committed, and hard working with a willingness to work to quality standards.
- Good communication and negotiating skills are essential.
- Must be able to develop close working relationships with Partner Agencies.
