Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Manager to work within an Adults Integrated Care Networks Team based in Bromley. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Adults Services.

The pay rate for this locum Care Manager job is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

About the role:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified Care Manager with substantial experience in Adult Social Care, a good understanding of integration and its main purpose. The person must have completed their ASYE and have a good knowledge of safeguarding, mental capacity and Best Interest decisions. We are also looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work independently.
  • You will be required to assess clients and carers within the Care Act 2014, legislation, also formulating and monitoring support plans to meet assessed eligible needs and signposting. You will be required to complete safeguarding enquires.
  • You will be fully supported in your role reporting to the Senior Care Manager from whom you will receive line management support, regular supervision and relevant mandatory training from the London Borough of Bromley.
  • Requirements of the Social Worker:
  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults services
  • Current HCPC registration
