Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Care Coordinator Occupational Therapist to work in Rotherham on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Care Coordinator Occupational Therapist job is £25.23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Provide a service to clients experiencing mental health psychotic symptoms of a serious and enduring nature
- Be responsible as the Care Coordinator for the assessment and coordination of care needs, planning and implementation of evidence-based care
- Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team
Requirements of the Care Coordinator Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post-qualification
- Car driver
