Sanctuary Health are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 7 Team Manager to work full-time within a CAMHS based in Fieldhead House, Bradford. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £28 - £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Summary:
- The post holder will provide leadership, managerial and supervisory responsibility to a group of practitioners working as a multi-disciplinary team providing specialist child and adolescent mental services
- The post holder will work collaboratively with the other managers to ensure staff can be released to provide input to the specialist teams e.g. eating disorder, LAAC, SEAD Teams, Primary Mental Health Worker Teams, Neurodevelopment team and Core Team etc as well as specialist district wide services.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
