Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company within the private and public sector has a locum role for a Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to work within an Early Help Triage Hub based in Doncaster.
The pay rate for this locum Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner is £25.23 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
Provide a consistent, effective, accessible and appropriate liaison service within early help and MASH for children and young people
Provide dedicated health required competencies to provide expert health support and decision making in early help and complex safeguarding referrals
Understand and analyse local need to inform a joined up approach
Ensure close links to Early Help services and Safeguarding Children
Evaluate and continually review the referrals to ensure all children and young people still meet the existing threshold criteria
Act as the nominated health professional within the specialist team
Requirements of the CAMHS Practitioner:
Degree or equivalent within Nursing (RMN trained)
NMC registration and a valid live pin
Recent UK Nursing experience
