Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced Business Manager in Wandsworth to have responsibility of the Wandsworth Safeguarding Children Partnership business, specifically the delivery of its statutory function of srutinising the role of the partnership to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in Wandsworth.
The salary for this permanent Business Manager role is £47,511 - £60,574 per annum.
Other duties of the Business Manager:
- Ensure a clear and coherent approach to business planning for the Partnership including budget management, service and project development and performance
- To be aware of current research and practice developments as well as legislatie changes and to ensure that the LSCP reflects these in discussions and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse performance activity and report as required to the WSCP.
- Lead on the production of the annual business plan and the annual report for the Partnership
Requirements of the Business Manager:
- Previous Business Mnanagement experience within children's services
- Excellent communication and budgetary skills
- Excellent quality assurance
