Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Biomedical Scientist specialising in Haematology to fill a full-time role in Gillingham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Biomedical Scientist practices and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Biomedical Scientist job is to be confirmed and is a 3-6-month contract. The hours for this Biomedical locum job is 8am- 4:30pm and 2pm-10pm shifts Monday to Friday
Requirements of the Biomedical Scientist:
Must have a relevant qualification in biomedical science (BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science or alternative qualification)
2 years post qualifying experience within a similar role
Beckman Coulter DxH800 FBC analyser and Remisol Data Manager
Werfen IL TOP 500 or 550 Coagulation
Telepath LIMS
transfusion experience preferred but not needed
Haematology experience
HCPC registration
