What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Highly Specialist Pharmacist to maintain and advance pharmacy services in Oncology and Haematology, ensuring you are following guidelines and directives.
- Supervise and guide a team including specialist pharmacists, pre-registration pharmacists, clinical technicians, and liaise with technical staff.
- Contribute actively to policy writing, auditing activities, and play a significant role in the educational development of pharmacy staff and other healthcare workers.
