What you will do:
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services, optimising medication therapy for patients within the NHS framework.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve treatment outcomes.
- Conduct medication reviews and provide advice on the safe use of medicines to both patients and healthcare professionals.
- Support and advise junior pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Essential requirements:
- GPhC Registration
- Experience working in a similar post within the NHS
- Qualified to Masters Degree (MPharm or equivalent)
- Must hold registration with the HCPC
- A valid driving licence is essential to commute across locations as required.
