Maintain active registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Conduct professional screening of chemotherapy treatments for oncology and haematology patients.

Perform pre-check and release of aseptically prepared medicines, ensuring patient safety and product integrity.

Release pre-filled Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) medications promptly to support effective treatment timelines.

Deliver high standards of clinical pharmacy service with a strong focus on patient care.
Essential Requirements

Current registration with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council).

Hold a valid driving licence, facilitating ease of travel as required.

Demonstrated experience in oncology and/or haematology pharmacy services.
