What you will do:
– Organise and coordinate the Speech Language Therapy service delivery within the RNRU.
– Provide highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy components for the interdisciplinary rehabilitation of patients with disorders of communication and/or swallowing.
– Collaborate with MDT leads to direct and develop the service, initiating improvements, leading projects, and ensuring national standards are met.
– Provide supervision to SLTs within the Regional Neuro Rehabilitation Unit to foster development and expertise.
To excel in this role, you must be HCPC registered and ideally have the flexibility to drive, enabling you to navigate between different sites as required.
