What you will do:
- Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to in-patients, ensuring high-quality care and optimal medication use.
- Collaborate flexibly with the multidisciplinary team to maximize the cost-effective use of medicines in specialist areas.
- Maintain and enhance the quality and safety assurance processes in all aspects of medicine use and storage.
- Deliver an advanced level clinical pharmacy service to specialty patients according to key performance indicators and clinical standards.
- Proactively contribute to the ongoing development of pharmacy services for ESNEFT patients.
- Support the mentoring and coaching of junior doctors in safe prescribing, medicines reconciliation, and the electronic discharge process.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered with at least 2 years of relevant experience. While not mandatory, a valid driving license is preferable due to the potential need to travel between sites.
