Band 7 Paediatric Physiotherapist – Nethermayne, Basildon, Essex
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team in Nethermayne, Basildon, Essex, with an ongoing contract offering a competitive pay rate of £30 per hour. What you will do:
- Act as a source of expertise and deliver highly specialist physiotherapy to children within the acute hospital setting.
- Manage a complex caseload independently, collaborating with families, Consultants, Nursing Teams, and AHPs to deliver evidence-based care.
- Provide advanced physiotherapy assessments, advice, and interventions for patients with diverse and complex conditions, creating tailored treatment programs.
- Lead the inpatient aspect of the paediatric physiotherapy service, aiming to develop the service to meet the evolving needs of the community.
- Work without direct supervision while having access to support and advice from senior clinicians.
- Collaborate with other team leads to support and cover various service areas, including MDT clinics and wards.
You’ll need HCPC registration and NHS experience as a physiotherapist, but no need to be a car driver.
