What you will do:
- Conduct thorough review and clinical harm reviews on children and young people (CYP) who have been without contact for over 6 months.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all CYP on your caseload, ensuring precision and compliance with all regulations.
- Proactively coordinate and work in partnership with the CYP, their carers, and other agencies involved, facilitating seamless care and support.
- Refer CYP to services that are most suited to meet their unique needs, promoting holistic and tailored care pathways.
Requirements:
- Must be HCPC registered.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in CAMHS is essential.
- Demonstrated skills in mentorship and caseload management.
- Strong capabilities in mental health assessment, risk assessment, and risk management.
- A car driver is preferable for optimal travel flexibility within the area.
