Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Nurse Prescriber ADHD to work full-time within a Neurodevelopment Service based in Peterborough.
The pay rate for this locum Nurse Prescriber role is £28 per hour (assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- To provide ADHD medication review appointments.
- To meet with families and young people to get an update on progress and review ADHD rating scales from home and school.
- To prescribe ADHD medication under the supervision of a CAMHS consultant
- To write GP letters following clinic reviews
- To update clinical records
Requirements of the Nurse Prescriber:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained).
