Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Frailty/Specialist Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work in Widnes. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum nurse/prescriber/advanced nurse practitioner job is £30 - £47 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Pay Rates:
Weekdays - £30 p/h Ltd/Umbrella
Saturdays / Nights - £38 p/h Ltd/Umbrella
Sundays / Bank Holidays - £47 p/h Ltd/Umbrella
Duties:
The post holder will be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary Frailty Team
The primary function of the role is to maximise the patient's health, clinically assess and treat patients in a defined group and reduce risks that contribute to ill health, thereby reducing unnecessary admissions to acute services, reducing demand on GP time and facilitating the delivery of efficient, effective, co-ordinated and timely high quality care to frailty patients.
Requirements of the nurse/prescriber/advanced nurse practitioner:
An in date DBS is required for all roles/work
RGN qualified
NMC qualified
