Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full-time based in Worcester. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Psychiatric Nurse job is £27 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of CPA/ care coordination role
- Will have experience of therapeutic interventions
- Will be required to give depot injections
- Experience of managing complex caseload
- Experience of managing patients in crisis - for purpose of duty provision & caseload management
- Undertaking comprehensive assessment of needs & care planning & risk management
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Recent UK Nursing experience
- Minimum of 12 months community experience - preferably in last 2 years.
- DBS Required
