Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to work full-time based in Hampshire.
The pay rate for this locum Pharmacist job is £29 - £30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Job Summary:
The post holder will be responsible for delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical care and best medicines management practice in support of the aims of the organisation, delivering this service where it is most needed i.e. directly to patients. There is a requirement to be able to negotiate and communicate with all levels of clinical and healthcare staff in promoting the safe use of medicines.
Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Must be registered on the GPHC as a pharmacist
- Must have a relevant qualification in pharmacy
