What you will do:
- Deliver clinical pharmaceutical services to patients, ensuring optimum use of medicines and promotion of evidence-based practice.
- Undertake and manage aseptic preparation and dispensing.
- Provide expert advice and support on the safe and effective use of medicines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Conduct clinical audits and participate in the development of local guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- You must hold a Pharmacy degree (MSc/BSc) and be registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- A postgraduate clinical diploma or equivalent experience is necessary, along with an aseptic preparation and dispensing course.
- Significant and demonstrable clinical hospital experience is essential.
- You should possess the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
