We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist specialising in Community Neuro Rehabilitation in Woolwich. With a competitive rate of £29.52 per hour, this role offers an ASAP start with ongoing work. Full-time positions are available, and we are open to considering part-time applicants as well. If you have Neuro Rehab experience, a valid HCPC registration, and at least two years of experience, we welcome your application. Car driving is preferable for this role to support community visits.

- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments to clients with neurological impairments in a community setting.
- Develop tailored therapy plans that support clients’ communication and swallowing needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-focused care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to goal-setting and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes.
