Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Social Worker to work full time within a Mental Health Service based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Adult Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £24.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
Risk assessment and management.
Inter-agency working.
Team working/peer support.
Utilising assessment tools.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in Social Work and Current HCPC registration.
Significant senior level frontline experience within Adult Services.
Experience in Community/Mental Health/Early intervention and managing a caseload.
Excellent organisational skills and good IT skills.
Must be a car driver with your own access to a vehicle.
Working knowledge of CPA including care planning, risk assessment and reviews.
