Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to work part time based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Speech and Language Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Speech and Language Therapist job is £25.33 - £30 per hour (Assignment Rate) and is an ongoing contract.
The SLT would be working with a dysphagia Clinical Lead and 2 other dysphagia clinicians.
Currently the service is managed via telephone contacts and Attend Anywhere, with only the highest priority children being seen for a face to face appointment.
Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapist
- HCPC registered as a Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Post graduate dysphagia qualification
- Experience working with babies and children under 2 years of age and children with a tracheostomy.
