Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6/7/8 Speech & Language Therapist to work full-time based in Newhaven.
The pay rate for this locum Speech & Language Therapist job is £25-30 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 6–8-month contract.
Main duties:
- Assess swallow and intervening/requesting investigations as necessary
- Assess and therapeutic intervention with communication difficulties from brain injury
- Hand over therapy programmes to non-registered staff
- Design and implementing therapy programmes using patient measures/outcomes
Requirements of the Speech & Language Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Must be a car driver and have access to a car
