Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6/7 Registered Mental Health Nurse / Community Psychiatric Nurse to provide assistance to the current senior clinical lead for bed managed services based in Bristol.
The pay rate for this full-time role is £36.57 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
- The role will require someone who has historical experience of working in a crisis or triage team in the community or has worked on high acute or PICU type environments. The role will be to assist with the Out of Area placements and link with the local OAP provider hospitals and assist with the care pathway and monitoring of SU care and assisting with decisions for effective discharge planning and linking with the relevant local community service within AWP to repatriate OAP services users to AWP services.
Requirements of the Mental Health Nurse / Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health.
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable.
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
