Band 6/7 Emergency Nurse Practitioner
Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated emergency nurse practitioner to work full time across Shropshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum advanced nurse practitioner job is £23.75 - £44.46 (Assignment Rate) per hour depending on experience and is an initial 2-month contract.
Requirements of the advanced nurse practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in nursing
- Current NMC registration
- Significant NHS experience as an advanced nurse practitioner
- Must be a qualified general nurse
- Autonomous practice
- Minor injury specific patient assessment
- Advanced wound closure (Sutures)
- X-ray interpretation
- Plastering
- Dressings
- Eye Injuries
- Burn assessment/care
- Administering medicines through PGD's
