Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6/7 Community Physiotherapist to work full-time within an Intermediate care united based in Kettering and Northampton. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24 to £29.82 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Job Summary:
- The intermediate care team (ICT) prevents avoidable admissions to hospital by supporting people within their own homes. We also facilitate early discharge from hospital where a health monitoring or rehabilitation need has been identified.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Must be a car driver
