Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Rehab Physiotherapist to work full-time within on a rehab ward in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.80 per hour (Assignment rate) and is on a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Responsibility for goal setting and rehab plans to be implemented by MDT inc. rehab assistants
- Support discharge planning and attendance to board rounds and MDT meetings
- The postholder will be required to work autonomously, and be self-motivated
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Experience of rehabilitation ward working is essential
