Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse – Perinatal Team within Cambridge UK, earning £26.65 per hour Hourly for 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to engage with a dynamic Perinatal Team at the City Care Centre, Peterborough. You will be working from Monday to Friday, 9 AM till 5 PM, with full-time and part-time roles considered. As part of the Adult and Specialist Mental Health Directorate, you will provide invaluable support to mothers, infants, and families across Peterborough, Huntingdon, and Fens.

What you will do:
- Provide support to mothers, infants, and families experiencing severe and complex perinatal mental health conditions.
- Develop individual care plans and conduct risk assessments, working closely with family members, carers, and significant others.
- Deliver psychoeducation to women, helping them understand their mental health challenges and develop coping strategies.
- Facilitate the development of relapse prevention plans and collaborate with third-sector agencies.
- Provide home visits to families, offering an additional layer of comfort and convenience to mothers with small children.
An enhanced DBS is required, including working with children.
