Sanctuary Criminal Justice is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 6 Registered General Nurse to work full-time in an Immigration Removal Centre based in Bedfordshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of prison nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Registered General Nurse job is £26 per hour (Assignment rate) and this role is a 3-month contract.
The role includes completing reception assessments for all new arrivals and discharging departures from the centre, nurse triage daily clinics, supporting medication rounds as required and attending emergency responses as required.
Requirements of the Registered General Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in general nursing
- Current NMC registration
- Must have prison clearance and experience
