What you will do:
- Work in various locations including Llandudno one day a week, Ruthin another day, Holywell another, with two days based at Glan Clwyd.
- Provide comprehensive Neuro Physiotherapy services to patients, aiming to improve their quality of life and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-notch patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
- Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to patients’ families and caregivers.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration is essential.
- A valid driving licence is required as you will be traveling between different sites.
