Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work full-time in Blackpool in a intermediate care role.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.00 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 5 - month contract.
Duties:
- Provide Intermediate Care physiotherapy to mixed caseload in order to ensure safe discharge and prevent hospital re-admission
- Undertake and review assessments of users in consultation with other health professionals
- Provide assessments, aids/equipment and rehabilitation where required
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
- Previous NHS experience
