Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work full-time in Havant. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3 - month contract.

Duties:

  • The person will be required to assume responsibility for coordinating a plan of care and rehabilitation, working within a scope of practice autonomously as a registered practitioner. 

  • They will be expected to lead on care planning and identification of person centred rehabilitation goals, delivered to patients in a range of settings including own home, clinics and Care homes.  

  • They will be required to complete care plan documentation autonomously.  If they are trained in RIO already then there will be training provided.   

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy

  • HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist

  • Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist

  • Previous NHS experience

  • If they are not trained in RIO already then there will be training provided.

  • Must be a car driver

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to avoiding hospital admissions

  • Maintaining Patients in their homes throughout Havant and Waterlooville

  • Will be required to assume responsibility for coordinating a plan of care and rehabilitation

  • They will be required to complete care plan documentation autonomously
