Are you looking for a new full-time Physiotherapist role in Havant?
Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to work full-time in Havant. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is £24.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 3 - month contract.
Duties:
The person will be required to assume responsibility for coordinating a plan of care and rehabilitation, working within a scope of practice autonomously as a registered practitioner.
They will be expected to lead on care planning and identification of person centred rehabilitation goals, delivered to patients in a range of settings including own home, clinics and Care homes.
They will be required to complete care plan documentation autonomously. If they are trained in RIO already then there will be training provided.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy
HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
Recent post qualifying experience working as a Physiotherapist
Previous NHS experience
If they are not trained in RIO already then there will be training provided.
Must be a car driver
Responsibilities
Contribute to avoiding hospital admissions
Maintaining Patients in their homes throughout Havant and Waterlooville
Will be required to assume responsibility for coordinating a plan of care and rehabilitation
They will be required to complete care plan documentation autonomously
