What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with musculoskeletal issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help restore physical function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise regimens and lifestyle modifications to promote health recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with health regulations.
To succeed in this role, it is essential you are HCPC registered and hold a full UK driving licence as travel to different sites will be necessary. Musculoskeletal experience is key to providing excellent care and support to our patients.
