Sanctuary Health is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 6 or 7 Diabetes Nurse to work either full-time or part-time within a Community Diabetes MDT Team based in Chapeltown, Leeds.
The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of general nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this Diabetes Nurse job is £26 - £49 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) depending on banding, shifts and experience. This role is an ongoing 6-month contract with the view to being extended.
Requirements of the Diabetes Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration
- A degree or equivalent within nursing
- UK experience as a Registered Nurse
- Specialist knowledge and experience dealing with diabetes patients.
