Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experience and dedicated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in Stevenage within the Stroke Team on a full-time or part-time basis.
The team is supported by senior therapists and service leads and will offer the therapist an opportunity to further their skills as well as providing invaluable support to the service in providing assessment.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is up to £25 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Will work in the community so will need to be a car driver.
- Working with people who have had a mild - moderate stroke in the last 6 weeks, working with them for a 6-week period.
- This nationally recognised service offers a supportive MDT environment with regular supervision.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Must be a Car Driver
