What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, devising personalised rehabilitation programs to aid recovery and improve function.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and smooth service delivery within the hospital setting.
- Provide expert advice and education to patients, families, and staff on the therapeutic interventions and progress.
- Maintain and document accurate case records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and trust policies.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the neuro service.
To excel in this role, it is essential that you are HCPC registered and hold a current driving license as some travel within the area may be required.
