Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in Sale, Aylesbury on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £25-£28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-6 month contract.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Must be a Car driver
Responsibilities
- The role is to undertake specialist assessments of individuals with suspected first episode psychosis and provide initial interventions following assessment.
- The role will also support the wider team in managing complex cases requiring increased levels of support either due to being in crisis or due to their level of need and complexity.
- The Caseload will be a minimum of 4-6 clients at any one time as they will be required to support assessments along with the Assessment Lead and medical team.
