What you will do:
As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in Community Stroke, your daily adventures will include:
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care to stroke patients within the community setting.
- Performing comprehensive assessments to tailor rehabilitation plans to individual patient needs.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Requirements:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential.
