Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Occupational to work in Beckenham on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £26 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- EPJS experience, AMPS training and familiarity with Remotivation principles would also be an advantage.
- Familiar with CPA processes and MOHO and have experience in contributing to complex risk assessments.
- Reluctant to consider someone without forensic experience unless they have substantial multi setting MH experience.
- Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapies
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent assessment and report writing skills.
- Experienced in mental health and have neurodevelopmental experience, preferably with some sensory training and be able to hit the ground running.
- Mental health experience is a must at a Band 6 and forensic experience would also be a strong requirement.
