Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work in a care coordinator role based in Oxford on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £24.00 - £27.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- They are to work alongside the MDT using a FACT model.
- Offering SPA for assessments and then offering short term follow up, for specific intervention or possible transfer to longer term input from the treatment team.
- To offer out of hours crisis support and home treatment to patients open to the AMHT.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
