Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Mental Health Occupational Therapist to work in Wokingham on full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £24-£24.80 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and this role is on a contract until March 2020.
About the role:
- Working as an experienced member of staff in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service/ Early Intervention Team
- Providing expertise to colleagues from inter-disciplinary teams
- Provide clinical responsibility for a case load as specified by the EIP Clinical Lead
- Conducting assessments and providing high quality NICE concordant treatment packages
- Identify specific interventions and skills required from the multidisciplinary team in order to deliver the plan of care and expected health/social outcomes. (evidenced based and lead to recovery and minimise risk).
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
