Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Band 6 Health Visitors to fill full-time roles across North East London. The positions available are within a 0-19 Locality Team, Healthy Families Service and a Clinic. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.

The pay rate for these locum Health Visitor jobs is £28 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

0-19 North Locality Team:

This role is full-time 9am-5pm, your main responsibilities/duties:

  • Health Visiting duties
  • Home visits
  • Child Health Clinic
  • Development reviews
  • Safeguarding work
  • Liaisons with agencies attendance and meetings.

Health Families Servics:

This role is full-time 9am-5pm, your main responsibilities/duties:

  • New birth
  • 6-8 week visits
  • Development checks
  • Child protection conferences,
  • Looked after children reviews

Clinic:

This role is full-time 9am-5pm, your main responsibilities/duties:

  • Carry out all HV Duties including delivery of the healthy child programme
  • Home visits
  • Clinics and reviews

Requirements of the Health Visitors:

  • Degree or equivalent in nursing
  • Current NMC registration
  • Significant NHS experience as a Health Visitor
  • Must be a car driver
  • Experience in a similar role
  • System one experience ideal
  • Must be able to use RIO
  • SCPHN Qualification
