What you will do:
- Provide high-quality dietetic care to patients across acute inpatient wards, including respiratory, gastroenterology, oncology, and care of the elderly.
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Train and supervise junior staff and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Manage parenteral nutrition, utilising your specialised skills to enhance patient recovery and outcomes.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Dietitian.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
- Experience in an acute setting, particularly in parenteral nutrition, is essential.
