Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work full-time in an Older Adults Community Mental Health Team based in Corby. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.
The pay rate for this locum Community Psychiatric Nurse job is £23.35 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying a caseload and supporting duty functions
- Administration of depot medications
- Undertaking initial assessments
- Attending MDT meetings
- Accurate and concise record keeping on Systemone
- Liaison with external services
- Supporting admissions where necessary,
Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Degree or equivalent in mental health nursing
- Current NMC registration
- Significant NHS experience as a mental health nurse
